Lesley-Ann is a Certified Executive Coach with the highest credential of Professional Certified Coach. With over 25 years of leadership and management experience, she is a former executive in the food industry and has facilitated numerous corporate partnerships at the senior level of the world’s largest food companies, including Coca-Cola, Procter & Gamble, and Nestle. She has negotiated contracts over $50 million and managed sales of over $2.5 billion through dynamic, collaborative partnerships.
Today, Lesley-Ann works with a diverse range of clients including Executive Directors, Board leaders, Vice Presidents, CEO/CFOs, and business owners who face a range of challenges including strategic development, launching new businesses, managing conflict, managing global/cross-cultural teams, improving board effectiveness, identifying and developing top performers, and fostering team engagement with the company’s vision.
Senior leaders and independent business owners often feel the weight of their roles, driven by the challenge to be the best and grow continuously. Lesley-Ann helps these leaders connect with their talents, exceed their own high standards, and, most importantly, bring others along with them.
Lesley-Ann holds a diploma in Marketing and serves as a faculty member of the CPA BC and Alberta Executive Leadership Programs. She is also Associate Faculty at Royal Roads University (Victoria, BC) and Dalhousie University (NS) in their Graduate Certificate for Executive Coaching program. Additionally, she is a facilitator of the SDI 2.0® (Strength Deployment Inventory), a proven tool for managing conflict and improving relationships.
