Janice leads both the Technical Accounting and ESG Compliance teams, positioning her at the intersection of financial and sustainability reporting.
Her Technical Accounting team offers expert advice on complex transactions and business issues, while the ESG Compliance team actively progresses Nutrien's adherence to upcoming climate-related disclosure requirements and their integration into financial reporting.
Janice is also a board member of the newly established Canadian Sustainability Standards Board, tasked with setting and maintaining Canadian sustainability disclosure standards. Furthermore, she is a member of the AcSB’s IFRS Discussion Group and CPA Alberta’s Bylaws Committee.
