Dr. Lisa Bélanger is an award-winning CEO, a behavioral change expert, and a high-performance specialist who equips leaders and their teams with the tools needed to maximize their mental well-being for peak performance at work and beyond. Utilizing cutting-edge scientific research, she bridges the gap between intention and action, fostering sustainable change and a robust competitive edge.
Lisa earned her PhD in Behavioral Medicine and holds an Executive MBA as well as certification as an Exercise Physiologist. As the founder and CEO of ConsciousWorks, she uses science-based strategies to cultivate practical skills, habits, and workplace designs that enhance behavioral change, team engagement, and cultural transformation within organizations.
An accomplished author, she has written two influential books: Inspire Me Well: Finding Motivation to Take Control of Your Health and A Cup of Mindfulness for the Busy and Restless. She is also the founder of Knight’s Cabin, a national charity dedicated to providing wellness programs for cancer survivors, further underscoring her commitment to comprehensive health and well-being.
Before the pandemic, Lisa traveled the world to explore workplace culture, leadership, and the ability to de-stress from work on a global level. Pulling from her data and lived experience, she created and hosts the popular podcast, Work Less, Produce More.
