Blair Cook is a former seven-time CFO across public, private, and international contexts. He co-founded Executive Finance Partners; a global finance and thought leadership consulting firm in all matters pertaining to the Office of the CFO.
Blair currently serves as a Board Director and Audit Committee Chairman of two TSX listed companies: Terravest Industries, a leader in industrial manufacturing, and Clarke Inc., which specializes in hospitality, real estate, and diversified investments.
He also champions community initiatives as the Board Treasurer and Building Committee Chair of the Devour Food & Film Festival, driving a real estate redevelopment in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
His expertise spans corporate finance, governance, fundraising, real estate development, and ESG matters. Blair divides his time between Halifax, Nova Scotia, and St. John’s, Newfoundland, actively contributing to the financial and community landscapes of Eastern Canada.
