Jeff

Jeff Newman

Director of Business Development

Jeff plays an instrumental role in promoting the growth of Executrade's client base, with a focus on Business Development and Account Management. His primary goal is to ensure that relationships between clients and candidates are maintained and nurtured to drive continued success. With over 15 years of experience in Recruitment and Business Development, and more than 10 years in Account Management, Jeff has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by businesses when it comes to sourcing and hiring top talent.

He is passionate about building strong relationships with his clients and helping them to achieve their business goals by providing them with the best possible recruitment solutions. Jeff takes a consultative approach to sales, working closely with his clients to understand their specific needs and developing tailored solutions that can help them to attract and retain the right talent.

Jeff’s passion for people is also seen in his impressive list of accomplishments, including volunteer construction of homes, a school, and an orphanage in third-world countries. Jeff has also volunteered with Immigrant Services of Calgary as an employment coach/trainer.

Sherry

Sherry Tashuk

Strategic Account Manager

For over 16 years, Sherry has served her clients with a fierce commitment and passion for building authentic and long-lasting relationships. Sherry doesn’t believe her job is done the first time her clients secure their hiring needs – she values long term relationships and truly partnering with her clients to ensure that their needs are met, and expectations are succeeded. She has maintained connections with clients and candidates over the span of their careers, and still talks to people she met in her first year working in the recruitment industry. In her words, ‘Time spent learning and listening is what makes me a valued partner for clients and candidates.’

Honesty and integrity are key to Sherry’s professional ethics - she works diligently to find the right fit for the right person and company - the right way. Her previous roles in developing recruitment teams motivated her to teach others that the recruiting business is simply about building relationships and treating people with respect and consideration.

Focusing mainly on nurturing and building client relationships in all business sectors, within the Temporary, Contract, Permanent and Executive Search space Sherry is 100% client focused, partnering with business teams on strategic recruitment and planning, and staying on top of market research, ensuring her experience will make the ideal connection between top talent and clients for years to come.

As this is a virtual event, we will require everyone to submit their resumes before the event date. Please note that if you do not upload your resume before the event, we will not have a reviewer available to meet with you.
