We are a well-established, mid-size, full-service CPA firm located south of Calgary, looking to provide an energetic, experienced, service-oriented Chartered Professional Accountant with the opportunity to acquire a percentage ownership position in our firm.

We have been providing accounting, tax advisory, Compilation, internal audit, and other services to our small to mid sized clients (client sized with multiple corporation from 5 to 30 and average annual revenue between $2m to $30m) for over six years, with a focus on offering owner-managers with tax planning solutions (reorganizations, estate planning, corporate tax planning, re-structuring). Some of the basic services we provide also includes, bookkeeping, T2, GST, Payroll processing, etc. Gross annual revenue of $1.7m makes growth an option versus a necessity and provides the practitioner with the opportunity for a very rewarding and fulfilling career. Exceptionally located, our office provides easy access and ample parking for both clients and staff.
We are interested in individuals or firms who would like strategically to acquire up to 50% partnership in our firm. Also, an option to merge with our existing practice and continue working as part of something larger.

This is a very unique opportunity, with a qualified and experienced team in presence, full admin support, 100% cloud based and automated decision-making process through in-house build software application, will help the incoming partner to easily and seamless settle down. The team is versatile and diverse with strong retention. The firm’s growth has been very fast and acquired many larger accounts in last 2 years, hence, the current owner looking for a partner to join hands and expand the operations to next level.
