To qualify for the Advanced Resilient Leadership Certificate, participants must complete all four modules in any order.

Are you ready to unleash your team’s full power and potential in an ever-evolving workplace? Develop a game plan to move teams from isolated to all in, moving further from apathy, cynicism, and negativity to caring, optimism, ownership, and resilience. Take away 10 useable ideas to try with your team.
Brave spaces and a curious mindset: Amp up the learning!
Old beliefs and stale thinking can keep teams stuck and unproductive. If everything is a little too quiet, now is the time to amp up the learning and take your team to new levels of expression, engagement, and confidence. Get your team excited to learn together, share ideas, ask questions, and make suggestions.

Instructor

Tammy Robertson

Tammy Robertson has a master’s degree in physical and health education from the University of Western Ontario. She has taught at three universities and has more than 1,000 hours teaching leadership at the Faculty of Continuing Education at the University of Calgary. She has been a faculty member at the Banff Centre for Management and has worked with an international team of coaches to deliver the Coaching for Great Work Program™.

Tammy is also a founder of RealTalk, a global community committed to improving communication and relationships one real talk at a time. Known for her impact and her ability to ignite positive change and renewed energy with people and organizations, Tammy is a frequent commentator in the media on workplace wellness and culture.
