The above fact sheet provides tips for supervisors overseeing Candidates going through the Experience Verification Route.
This form is only to be completed by CPA candidates who are reporting CPA practical experience through the online Practical Experience Reporting Tool (PERT), are employed with a registered public accounting firm and need to report chargeable hours. For Candidates working in public accounting through the Experience Verification route, this form must be signed by the Designated Member of the firm.
