Reciprocal Membership Agreements (RMAs)

The following international accounting bodies currently have a Reciprocal Membership Agreement (RMA) with CPA Alberta. If you are a member in good standing with one of these bodies, you may be eligible to earn your Canadian CPA designation.

Select the RMA that applies to you to review the requirements for admission into membership:

• Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales
• Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand
• Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ireland
• Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland
• The Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants
• The South African Institute of Chartered Accountants
• Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe
