with Jennifer Gervès-Keen, MA, MCEC, PPGCert

Date: Tuesday, December 3,
Time:
9:00 am – 12:00 pm
CPD: Up to 3 CPD hours

Followership is a mindset and a set of skills more important to your career success than your leadership skills, but it is not often discussed or even taught at any point during most peoples' careers. Defined as "the act of an individual or individuals willingly accepting the influence of others to achieve a shared outcome" (Langley Sharp MBE), followership is a critical skill in our post-pandemic world.

Join Jennifer Gervès-Keen MA, MCEC, PPGCert in this interactive workshop to learn how followership can accelerate your career, improve your leadership, increase your ability to influence and help you in elevating your own team to be better followers.

You will learn five key followership skills along with practical, real-life examples on how to implement them in your work environment. We will also be discussing current challenges in the workplace, and how followership skills could help shift these challenges. This workshop is applicable to leaders at every level of the organization and these skills could be a game-changer for you and your organization.
